Accidents are sometimes pleasurable, at least for foods. Only history knows how many mind blowing recipes had been invented through accidents. Same goes for Ranchology recipes. Have you heard of Steve Henson? 1n 1950 he unknowingly whipped a unique mixture of herbs along with buttermilk. Was he a masterchef? No. He was a plumber turned cowboy from Alaska and was associated with a construction site where he used to cook for his crew. See, anybody can cook. Absolutely anybody. To create history, you have to have the pure love for food, not any degree or work experience in any fancy restaurant. Steve is its example. Rest is history.
Let’s see how can you make it on your own.
Ingredients:
Buttermilk powder – 1/3 Cup
Garlic powder -1 Tablespoon
Onion powder – 1 Tablespoon
Dried parsley – 2 Teaspoon
Dried dill – 2 Teaspoon
Dried chives – 1 Teaspoon
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Black pepper powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Procedure:
Take a moderately big bowl so that you may get ample space to mix the ingredients of Ranch Seasoning. Pour butter milk powder to the bowl, followed by garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, dried dill, dried chives, salt and black pepper powder. You may skip the salt and add it later at the time of making your ranchology recipe.
Storing:
Store in an airtight glass container at a cool and dry place. It may last up-to a year if stored properly.
Conclusion:
Ranchology recipes are an integral part of today’s food. Be it Burger, Pasta, Wraps, Salads or very often consumable meatballs, everything gels well with a dash of Ranch Seasoning. But to avoid the preservatives from packaged Ranch seasoning you can create the same flavour in your very own kitchen. Give it a try. You will love it.
