Wrap it up:
You may use thin plastic film or aluminum foil to wrap it tightly. Alternatively, you may keep it in an airtight container.
Store it in the cold temperature:
If you are storing it for not more than 12 hours, you may keep it in the refrigerator under 40 C. But for prolonged storing more than a day up to 7 days, use the freezer compartment of your fridge to store it.
