Fennel has cooling power, and I have known it since childhood. I remember my school days, mom used to soak fennel seeds along with Misri (raw sugar) for a couple of hours and used to offer me the water to cool down my stomach. There are multiple ingredients in the kitchen which work as a medicine. The factor is you need to know which is good for which organ. Fennel Sherbet is a fennel drink with the same cooling effect, but the taste differs. Fennel Sherbet tastes too good.
Let’s see how you too can prepare this fennel drink in your kitchen.

Conclusion:
This fennel drink is absolutely soothing for the stomach and has the power to beat the heat. A regular consumption of this drink makes the body internally cool. At least it has given me enough support to withstand the extreme temperature of a topical country. You may store this fennel drink mixture in an airtight container to avoid every time grinding.
Enjoy!
