It’s a must must share recipe, the chocolate pudding recipe, which will not increase your calorie count. You need only four ingredients and voila! A creamy gooey tempting dessert is ready to complete your lunch.

Ingredients:
Cottage cheese/paneer – 250 g (grated)
Cocoa powder – 2 Tablespoon (unsweetened)
Jaggery powder – 2 Tablespoon
Milk – ¼ Cup
Procedure:
Take a blender.
Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, jaggery powder, and milk.
Give it a nice blend so that a creamy texture forms.
Refrigerate.
Serve in small serving bowls.

Conclusion:
The jaggery powder is a healthy substitute for sugars. So I prefer using it whenever I get a chance. This chocolate pudding recipe allows me to add jaggery powder instead of refined sugar and I am thankful for that. A moderate hike in calorie count is acceptable when it comes with other goodness.
