Masala Egg

Eggs are a savior. You really don’t need many ingredients to make eggs tasty. With some basic ingredients, you can create magic. Just like this masala egg recipe.

Let’s see how you too can prepare this dish.

 

Ingredients:

Egg – 5 Nos.

Tomatoes – 2 Nos. (finely chopped)

Green chili – 2 Nos. (finely chopped)

Onion – 1 No. (finely chopped)

Soy sauce – ½ Teaspoon (optional)

Turmeric powder – ¼ Teaspoon

Cumin powder – ¼ Teaspoon

Salt – To taste

Sugar – To taste

Coriander leaves – 1 Tablespoon (finely chopped)

Mixed herb – A pinch

Black pepper powder – A pinch

Oil – 1 Tablespoon

 

Procedure:

Take a flat-bottom pan where you want to make your masala egg recipe.

Heat the pan and add oil.

Now add the onion.

Sauté for a while so that the onion becomes translucent.

Then add the tomato and green chilies.

Fry for a while.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, and sugar.

Fry the masala until it leaves oil.

Add soy sauce.

As soon the raw smell of soy sauce gets disappear break the eggs directly into it.

Put the flame on low.

Lid it.

Cook it until the yolk gets moderately done.

Open the lid.

Sprinkle black pepper powder, herbs, and coriander leaves.

Serve hot.
