Ingredients:
Egg – 1 No.
Butter – 1 Tablespoon
Salt – To taste
Pepper – To taste
Water – To sprinkle
Equipment:
A frying pan (people prefer a nonstick one, but I like to use a cast iron skillet)
A small bowl (The smaller, the better)
A lid
Procedure:
Take a frying pan or a cast iron skillet. Pre-heat it.
Add the butter. Put it on one side of the pan. Let it melt.
Now break the egg into the small bowl. Transfer it to the melted butter.
Let it settle for half a minute.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Now sprinkle some water (almost like 1 tablespoon) at the other end of the pan. We need the vapor but not the water. Lid it immediately.
