The internet is flooding with this Zobo drink recipe. And, as soon it reached my newsfeed, I knew it was something I had to put my hands on. The rich red royal color and the amazing concoction of taste are sure a must must try. I have used no added sugar other than the natural sugar present in the fruits. You may add honey to make it extra sweet.

Ingredients:
Pineapple – 1 No. (don’t throw away the rind)
Oranges – 4 Nos.
Water – 10 Cups
Ginger – 2 Inch (sliced)
Cloves – 10 Nos.
Cinnamon stick – 1 No.
Dehydrated hibiscus petals – 2 Cups
Procedure:
Prepare the Zobo concoction:
At first, soak the hibiscus petals for half an hour.
Take a large pot.
Add the pineapple rind, cinnamon stick, cloves, ginger, and the rehydrated hibiscus petals.
Add the water and lid it.
Bring it to a boil.
Simmer the flame.
Boil it for 20 minutes on low flame.
Strain the liquid.
Cool it down.
Punch the fruit:
Now blend the orange and pineapple pulp.
Add it to the hibiscus mix.
Mix it well.
Serve chilled.
